Starry Mountain View | Hot Tub | Pool Table | Prime Location

I’ll be returning again soon!!!! Positive: Everything was wonderful and absolutely amazing Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Perfect smoky mountain cabin stay! Great location and beautiful cabin! Positive: The cabin is beautiful! The location was perfect! Just outside of the main strip perfect enough that you can be right at the action in less than 10 minutes but far enough away to get the secluded quiet cabin feel. Negative: The beds are more on the firmer side.

Cold hot tub and destroyed pool table Positive: Cabin was clean and pretty, booking was super simple, and staff quick to respond and friendly. Jacuzzi in master bedroom. Negative: I booked this cabin exclusively for the hot tub and pool table. It was rated a 9.2 out of 10 so I thought i would be fine. Pool table was destroyed. 3 large holes in the felt. And one of the long rails was completely separated from the table. The hot tub was 73 degrees when we arrived at 5pm friday and only heated up to 93 by 9pm Saturday. So we only got to spend about 30 minutes in a luke warm tub before we had to leave. The tub also only had 3/4 of the jets working. I wish I had rented a cheaper room and just went to a local pool hall. But for $650 for 2 days I feel like the amenities on the listing should've been in a usable condition.

Positive: The place was clean and comfortable. There's even a video game console on the lower level. If you don't want to stay deep up in the woods this place is fantastic. Right of the strip where there's a million things to do and great food.
